Our Alice Fazooli’s location in Oakville is looking for Servers.As a Server you will be responsible for:
§Communicating with management prior to shift regarding special functions or events for the day
§Greeting guests, suggest features, guide guests through menu and take guests orders
§Communicating with management all guests concerns and handle guest concerns to the satisfaction of the guests
§Ensuring all food and beverage orders are entered into the POS system and conduct transactions to ensure proper payment for food and beverage orders
§Attending to Guests’ needs throughout the meal, ensuring guest satisfaction and promoting repeat business
§Ensuring guests tables are set and cleared to company standards
§Completing all cash-out procedures at end of shift, as well as ensuring the dinning room is clean for next day operations.
