Our Jack Astor's location in Hamilton is looking for Hosts/Hostesses. As a Host you will be responsible for:
§ Communicating with management prior to shift regarding special functions or events for the day
§ Ensuring podium/host area is stocked and readily available during shift
§ Maintaining washroom cleanliness in co-operation with busser at regular intervals
§ Greeting guests, monitor table availability and communicate with guests to inform them of any wait times
§ Communicating with servers and managers regarding table availability, large parties and special requests to ensure the guests receive the best service
§ Communicating with management all guests concerns and handle guest concerns to the satisfaction of the guests
§ Preparing closing, cleaning, and maintenance duties to ensure preparation is completed for next days operation. |
